Refund & Cancellations Policy – Private Individuals

Refunds - refunds of fees and Vouchers are subject to the following:

Vouchers - Murcotts Gift Vouchers, sponsored prize Vouchers or third party Vouchers provided by Manufacturers or as Corporate promotional prizes may be redeemed for selected Murcotts programs.  Each Voucher will expire if the holder fails to book and attend a program before the expiry date that appears on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash in any circumstances.

Program Cancellations by Murcotts - If a program or course is cancelled by Murcotts, arrangements for attending a course on an alternative date will be arranged, otherwise fees paid will be refunded.  However, Vouchers are not refundable but may be redeemed for an alternative date or program.

Participant Non Attendance - If a participant fails to attend the total fee paid will be forfeited. If the participant is redeeming a Voucher for the program the voucher will be forfeited.

Cancellation / Postponement  - If a participant seeks to cancel or postpone their booking, the fee or Voucher will be forfeited unless the participant can fill their booking with a replacement.  

Ill Health Cancellations – If due to special circumstances such as illness (medical certificate required), a participant cannot attend on the day of the program and notifies Murcotts no later than the morning of the program, alternative dates for attendance may be offered without the imposition of a rebooking fee.

Refund Policy – Corporate Customers

For Corporate, Government, special group or exclusive program bookings, the Terms & Conditions for non-attendance, cancellations and transfers are contained in the Application for Corporate Client Status or in their contract document.
